Exam Note: This program assists you in preparing for the following Cisco exams: BSCI, BCMSN, ISCW, and ONT. Cisco is changing its CCNP exams, however, you have until July 31st, 2010 to take the BSCI, BCMSN, ISCW, and ONT exams before they are retired.

Do I need an Internet connection?

Yes, you must have Internet connection to authorize this program. Manual installs are not supported with this product.

There is no difference between the versions except the network or Citrix version can accommodate up to 255 concurrent users, depending on how many licenses you purchase (one license per user).

What operating systems are supported?

Windows NT, 2000, XP, Vista, and Windows 7.

Are all commands in Todd Lammle's Sybex CCNA Study Guide, Sixth Edition supported?

No. Read about CCNA concepts in Todd Lammle’s best selling Sybex CCNA Study Guide, Sixth Edition while you go through our labs. Please examine a list of supported commands on our web site and in the program as to the supported commands. We do not support all commands in the CCNA Study Guide.

If I am upgrading from an earlier software product, do I need to uninstall?

Yes. It is highly advised that you uninstall all previous versions of RouterSim simulation software.It is recommended that you do uninstall older programs and/or do not run both programs at the same time.

Can I download this product at the end of my purchase?

Yes. This product can be downloaded at the end of the purchase process if you use a credit card in making your purchase.
